42 CFR Part 2: Records of substance abuse treatment are protected by Federal confidentiality rules (42 CFR Part 2), which prohibit disclosure without written consent except as specifically authorized.

Record Security: All client records are maintained in secure, encrypted systems with access limited to authorized personnel only. Physical records are stored in locked, secure locations.

Your Rights: You have the right to access your records, request corrections, receive an accounting of disclosures, and file a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.
